We All Count will be offering three workshops to equip researchers with hands-on practice applying the details of data equity to their work. Each workshop consists of 2 parts: Part A and Part B. In Part A of each workshop, we will spend 90 minutes exploring the concept of data equity, highlighting a specific set of data equity choices and associated tools, and demonstrating the particular topic's mathematical and human consequences. In Part B, we will facilitate a 90-minute interactive session where we reflect on an example together. We'll explore the various options that emerge when the data equity tools are applied and make sure all your questions are answered. These workshops aim to provide a rigorous, innovative, and supportive environment for researchers to enhance their skills and knowledge in data equity. Between workshops A and B, participants will be encouraged to apply the tools they've learned to the example, take notes, formulate questions, and prepare for discussion.
